Portable in the viral video claimed he is bigger than the Headies, stressing that even the late American hip-hop legend, Tupac Shakur didn’t win a Grammy.

 

Habeeb Okikiola, the controversial Nigerian singer, who is popularly known as Portable, has bragged that he is bigger than the Headies Awards after the organisers snubbed him for the 16th edition of the award show.

Portable, whose two nominations for the 15th Headies-Rookie of the Year and Best Street-hop Artiste were revoked last year over his unguarded remarks of being associated with criminals and terrorists, did not get any nomination this year.

Following the conclusion of the 16th Headies Awards ceremony which was held in Atlanta, USA, on Sunday, Portable had shared a snippet of an unreleased song, dissing the award organisers.

“I’m bigger than The Headies, even 2pac no collect Grammys,” he sings.
